I am a senior at Skyridge, I have been running since 7th grade, and am a member of Team Pre and the hobbyjogger project. I will be attending Idaho State University and will be on their XC and track teams starting in the fall of 2019.

Speed today, and it was actually decent! I went home during lunch so I could do a breathing treatment to prevent my lungs from sabatoging my life. Literally. Lol anyway, the workout was 5x800m @ 2 mile pace. I didn't hit the times I wanted but I was consistent and I didn't die off because of my lungs so I'll call it a success but there's still a long way to go. Also I'm finally getting confidence and motivation back since I can finally finish a speed workout without going into serious oxygen debt from lack of breathing. 3 cheers for semi-healthy lungs

Went to LP practice. 6:55 AP. My legs were pretty tired from the 5k so the run was a little bit of a struggle but it's all good I survived lol. Shoutout to dalpal because he's a pal
