| Footlocker. I was in the elite race on the back line so I had a little bit of a disadvantage at the start, but that's alright. My splits were 5:09, 5:57, 5:56. Kind of the same situation as what happened at Nike. My legs just wouldn't move. I'm pretty sure it's the lack of base that was getting to me from a season of injury. My legs have felt just dead for a long time. I'm taking a break the next 2 weeks to mentally and physically regroup for one heck of a track season! |

| I was going to wake up to be at LP's practice at 7am but that's too early for my body today so I was late. Must've been my comfy pillow putting me back to sleep. Anyway, went to the practice, ran on my own, and met up with them back at LP to lift. It was grand because I was actually able to do the pullups without breaking up the sets into baby sets. | 4.5 easy on my own, I didn't feel very good at all. Probably because I had a grand total of 800 calories yesterday... I don't have much of an appetite but I gotta eat. Eating is important. Reason being, you need food. You need food because eating is important. Aaannnnddddd eating is important beceause your lil mitochondria in your lil cells need a lil energy to move your lil legs and beat your lil heart and idk what the heck I'm even saying anymore so have a good day lol
