I didn't make it quite as far today, it got pretty tight. There's improvement though, it only hurt when I was running, not after! So I'm gonna keep rolling out and stretching and I should be on the track in no time. Hopefully.
I'm starting to wonder if my ankle is getting better at all. I didn't even make it half a mile today, it was hurting pretty bad and it was pretty swollen. I'm doing everything I can for it. So I hopped on the bike and worked pretty hard to keep my hr at about 150 for 45 minutes. Any and all prayers are appreciated, if anybody even still reads my blog lol
I went to the meet (here at ISU) for most of the day to watch, and shoutout to my teammates for killing it. My ankle was feeling no bueno so when I got back I biked for 50 minutes, and while I was biking I listened to a pretty cool podcast about ultrarunning so that was cool. I want to be racing so freaking bad but I gotta take care of my body.
