We met at the Hinckleys and went over to Willow park, where we saw Ryan and he came with us the rest of the way! Sami also came so shoutout to her! I definitely miss running with Ryan so that was a win. My foot felt really good for the most part, it just tightened up a tiny bit the last couple miles. Nothing some massage can't fix.

Speed! 2x(200m,400m,200m) with the 200's at 800 pace and the 400's at mile pace. Splits were 29,63,29,29,66,29. 1 min rest within the set and 5 minutes running rest between sets (with 15 lunges on each leg mixed in there). I was pretty happy with this one, my foot didn't hurt at all the whole time and I was able to stay fairly consistent. That second 400 needs a little work but it wasn't horrible. Just kinda fell off mentally. But no worries because I'm getting it back my friends!

Big shoutout to Austin for doing speed with us (well, some of it) and dropping a 61 the first 400!

8 miles with Chuck during third period today. We went by Smith's and up suncrest until we hut 4, then turned around. We gained some serious elevation that 4th mile and it made for some cool views with the snow. Legs feel pretty beat.

Shoutout to Thom and Riley for getting their mission calls!

Mile warm-up, 6 miles at "easy" pace (5:45-6:45) and 1 mile cooldown. I felt a lot better than expected today so that was grand. Average pace for the 6 miles was around 6:07 or something... Supa fun

70 min. Saturday. We met at the Hinckley's and got going. It was just a normal run with semi-dead legs and a low temperature. French toast after so that was fantastic and shoutout to Mama Hinckley.
