6 super slow miles at 7:39 average pace and it was basically a party. We drove up the Highland Glen park so we could run somewhere not in Lehi. We're kinda sick of it. So we were on the MCT and when Asa, Michael, Austin, and I were turning around we saw Adam from LP so we ran with him for the last 3 miles so that was fun and shout out to adam! Also, zero pain today. It was great.

6 more easy miles @7:18 ap. The average would've been more around 7:30-7:40 except we did 5 150m buildups on the track to get the legs moving. Shout out to Austin for going slow with me and letting me borrow his heart rate monitor, my average hr during the run including buildups was 139 BPM. Also shout out to Gan for helping me with the math homework!

6 more pain-free miles today! We did a super easy 3-mile circuit workout on the track. Honestly the hardest part was the push-ups lol I need to bench more consistently. Shout out to Guppy and Sami for coming to see me at my place of employment, ol' Utah run!

Awesome 6 miles towards AF today @6:58 ap. No pain anywhere, I'm just a little tight/sore from the circuit workout yesterday. Shoutout to Utah run because we stopped there halfway through and Michael tried on the new kinvaras. It was a good time

Super sick speed today, lol but my legs are still freaking wrecked from awesome week so that's cool. the workout  was 2x(800m, 600m, 400m, 200m) with 2 min rest within the set and 4 min between sets. the 800 and 600 were at 2 mile pace and the 4 and 2 were at miles pace. I was able to stay pretty mentally strong throughout. so that was good. My splits were 2:23, 1:46, 65, 32, 2:23, 1:47, 66, and 30. I was really happy with it considering my legs felt so dead, so that was fantastic but it was a little tough because I was a couple meters behind Thomas and Ryan but a couple meters ahead of the Hinkleys, so I was kind of on my own for a lot of it but it was good for me. Shout out to everyone for killing it today!

Rex Lee Run today off speed yesterday and not a lot of sleep, so the plan was to tempo it and see how I felt. First mile was 5:30, and my legs were pretty trashed but felt decent. Second mile was 5:28, and I passed all the chumps who went out way too fast. Third mile I was just trying to maintain position or pass a couple guys. I was surprised because the third split was 5:58 but I still passed some people. That means some people really died lol. The last .1 I just maintained and kicked it in a little bit. I didn't feel like pushing super hard today, as is evident by my third mile. Haha but it was fun and I won a $140 watch for winning my age group. The youngest guy in front of me was 21 so that was cool. I feel so young in these races seeing as I'm still 16... Also I cooled down with this guy named Brady, who got off his mission a little while ago and is running for SUU. He got 3rd with 16:02 so shout out to him. He's a super cool dude. Also shout out to all the other cool guys I met and talked to today, I love road races!
