7 miles out towards Westlake, I was feeling decently good, but my legs got pretty tired towards the end which was weird... Oh well. It'll be fine. I'm pumped for Davis, and shout out to all the girls that are racing tomorrow, good luck! Also shout out to Guppy bc I just asked her to prom 👍

Low mileage and premeet for the 800m today. Premeet was 2 200's at goal pace for tomorrow, 29 and 28. I'm a little tired but my legs feel ready to go. Also, I got new track spikes today so those will be sick to use tomorrow. Ima smash that Arcadia qualifying time... Also a light roll out with Ryan so shout out to him. Huge shout out to all the girls who raced today, y'all killed it

800m at Davis today, and it was freaking dope. I was pretty nervous the whole day but I took a little nap during math lab and spent a lot of time calming my nerves. I think I'm getting this race anxiety under control so that's fantastic. I did a little shake out with Austin after his race and then warmed up with Chris. I was in the first heat, which kind of freaked me out because I've never been in the top heat in something but it turned out pretty good. Before the race Jamie told me to go out with Garek so I wouldn't get too crazy and go out too fast. I stuck with Garek and the first lap was 58. The second lap started and I started just grinding. I gave it whatever I had left, a couple guys had a better kick than me but I finished in 7th place and went under 2 with 1:59.63. I also found out a couple days ago that I actually didn't go under 2 at LP so that sucks but it's ok because I got it today. After the race I had a horrible headache and threw up a little. I'm sick of throwing up, it sucks. I did 1.5 miles with Thomas the freshman, and he's a cool dude, it'll be cool to see what he does later on so shout out to him. Then I had the 4x800m, I was the anchor on a team with Connor, Asa, and Parker. I went into it with a good attitude, just wanted to see what I could do after the sub-2. The first lap I got a little excited, 56 lol, tied my 400m PR. The second lap I realized I had already done one of these today and I died a little, my split was 2:06. 1 mile cooldown with Dallin. Shoutout to Ryan for winning the 2 mile after losing a spike with 2 laps to go, and shoutout to Thom for sticking with Ryan like none other. I'm really happy with going sub-2, like so beyond stoked I'm so freaking happy. Super awesome performances by everyone today so shout out to them. Also shout out to the girls who came to watch us race! And happy birthday shout out to Gan!

I felt like crap today. My legs are so freaking wrecked from yesterday, I guess that's what I get for doing 2 800s lol. 8 miles at 7:39 ap, I wanted to just curl up in a ball and take a nap. Haha but it was nice to get some super slow mileage in. Also, act scores came out today and I got a 30, so I'm pretty happy about that considering I had absolutely zero preparation going in to it, so with some actual preparation I should be able to get a little higher, which increases my chances of getting in to a sweet college.

9 recovery miles @7:19 ap. We went up by chicken nugget's house, hopped on the Murdock canal trail, came down by my house, and went back to the school. My legs didn't start really feeling better until like 5 miles in, so I'm still pretty wasted... But it's better, hopefully speed tomorrow will be good.

Speed at uvu today, 6x400m at mile pace then 3x200m all out. 2:30 rest between everything. Splits were 65,69,66,62,65,62,27,27,28. Pacing was all over the place but we averaged a pretty good pace. The 200s were fun. Shout out to Asa because it's his birthday and he's a great guy!
