Personal: I returned from serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in early April 2020.
-Currently studying Exercise Science at BYU, hoping to pursue a career in physical therapy or a similar profession studying/working with the human body.

| 400m just for kicks today. I ended up being in the fast heat with Dom from LP so that was a party. Lol it was weird being this super skinny distance kid who has no idea how to use blocks running with these freaking fast dudes. Took it out hard, probably could've been harder though. 200m in I remembered it's just 1 lap so I pushed it and pulled even with Dom and the leaders. It was unreal. Then they pulled away a little bit and I gave it everything I had. I can probably go faster next time. Shout out to Connor for asking Bill to prom, Guppy for answering me to prom, and the whole team because I freaking love you all. Also unshoutout to Gan because why not lol. |

| Felt pretty crappy until about 4 miles in. It ended up being a great recovery run and I'm stoked because my kinvaras 7's came and I get to run in them tomorrow, so that's pretty legit. Shoutout to Dallin because he's pretty cool. And double unshoutout to Gan because it should definitely just be roast Gan week every week |

| Easy 6 today, we started out at a decent pace but my legs started feeling like crap. 7:16 average. I guess I just needed recovery today, so I took it. Shoutout to everyone who made it to Arcadia, everyone who was trying to go on our team made it for something so that's lit! I'll be running the 4xmile with Connor, Ryan, and Thomas and we got into the invite division with the LP guys so shout out to them and that means that we'll get backpacks. So freaking pumped. |

| Premeet today, 2x400 at goal mile pace for tomorrow. 67 and 65. It felt really good and I'm stoked. On the cooldown I stepped on the side of a pothole that I didn't see and pretty much my ankle should be completely broken right now. Like I scraped the side/top of my foot on the road. That's how far it rolled. But absolutely no pain #blessed. Super excited for tomorrow! |

| Mile at UVU this morning, and I'd say it was pretty great. I was originally going to be in a heat with Austin but I got bumped up a heat so I was with Thomas, Ryan, Justin, Jiree and Jiraa, and a bunch of other guys. It was way fun. Nobody would take the lead when we went out, so the first 800 was super slow, 2:20. I hung out in the back the first lap because I knew if I took the lead I would take it out too fast because this 800 training has jacked up my mile pacing. I got into a good position for the second 800, passing mostly everyone, and picked up the pace quite a bit. The second 800 was 2:12, and I feel like I could've gone way faster, but hey, it was a 12 second PR so I'll take it lol. I finished 4th in the heat behind Ryan (who won), a Davis guy, and Thomas, so 3 lehi guys in the top 4, it was lit. I was seeded 19th, so that was awesome. I'm way excited for the 4xmile at arcadia. Shoutout to everyone who raced today, everyone pretty much killed it. |
