7 easy today, 6:58 ap. I didn't feel very good at all until about 4 miles in, I was just pretty tight and the legs were way heavy. Rolled out with Ryan and did curls, pull ups, push-ups, and tricep extensions #getswole. Also I got freaking sunburned today, which is kinda weird because it's not like this is the first time I've taken off my shirt... Oh well. Also shoutout to Nathan Grindle because I finally put him in my fav blogs after footlocker lol

6x1min up airport today, and it was an interesting one. Ryan and I went hard the first 4 and I agree with him, maybe a little too hard lol because I died a little bit the last two, but not too bad. Ryan pulled away a little bit the 5th one and Connor passed me the last one, but I still got pretty close to the same distance. I was hurting pretty bad afterwards though and I threw up for the billionth time. I'm so sick of throwing up after speed/races. It sucks. Idk I guess it means I pushed myself.

Ryan and I drove up to corner canyon to do a trail run because we're both pretty sick of running in Lehi... It was waaayyyy nice to do a trail run and we didn't push it too hard so that was good. It was beautiful up there and the weather was perfect. It was raining for a little bit but that was way refreshing. Shoutout to Ryan for the sick run and good talks. Also shoutout to that mountain biker we saw because he told us good job. Lol also shoutout to chicken nugget for running the 2-mile all on his own at the dual meet and winning in 11:00.

Premeet for the mile tomorrow, 69 and 64. My legs have been heavy this whole week, hopefully they feel better tomorrow. I'm seeded 4th overall which is crazy because I've never been even close to that at a meet like this before... Idk I guess we'll see how it goes. Hoping for state.

Mile at the Utah county invite today. Didn't get out very good, hung out the first 2 laps, made a big move in the third lap, moving from last to around 5th, it was crazy windy, kicked, ended 6th. For my cooldown I did one mile with Dallin and Jake, one mile with Gan and Jake, one mile with Guppy, and 3 miles on my own, totaling 8 for the day. Shoutout to Guppy, Gan, Dallin, and Watson because I hit up Cafe Rio with them after the meet, and shoutout to everyone who raced!

4x400m, I could've gone faster, but it was hard to remember that it was just one lap. Oh well, we'll get state next time, we were 4 seconds off this time and everyone felt like they could've done better. After the race I did 6.75 miles with some of the guys, Guppy, and Tyler plus some more pg guys on some trails. Twas a good time.
