Personal: I returned from serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in early April 2020.
-Currently studying Exercise Science at BYU, hoping to pursue a career in physical therapy or a similar profession studying/working with the human body.

| Super crappy workout today due to lack of taking care of myself. The workout was mile, 4 mile tempo, mile. Haha idk if you could even call the tempo a tempo but it was an attempt. Not a good day at all but that's alright, it happens.

| Lifting before the workout
Workout today, 12x400m @68 with 2min rest. This one wasn't meant to be super hard. Splits were 71, 68, 66, 68, 68, 66, 68, 67, 68, 67, 69, 64. The last one was supposed to be 65-66 just to move a little faster, haha even though we kinda struggled with pacing. Not a crazy difficult workout, but it was a good confidence builder considering we lifted before the workout and I was feeling pretty freaking tired anyway.

| 40 minutes @steady state today. Warmed up 2 miles, then got 6.83 in 40min (5:51 avg), then cooled down back home. Obviously it was tiring, but I feel like I definitely could've kept going for a while so that's really good. It's nice to know I can lock in at sub-6 and just keep going and going. |
