Maddie opted to run at the rec center so I started there and went up to the foothills by the Y trailhead and headed north through the neighborhoods&nbsp;until it spit me back out on the main roads. Came back by the stadium. Closed the last 4 in around a 6:30 average, which felt really good. I had 2 gels. 1 at 31 minutes and the second at 62 minutes. 12 oz water was the perfect amount too.
