Solid workout today. We did 3x800m,2x200m. The 800's were at 1500 pace and the 200's were all out. It was super windy so Nate told me to start at 2:20 and see how it felt. My splits were 2:17, 2:17, 2:22, 28, 27. Mentally I did awesome so I think I have this mental stuff pretty down. Good stuff.
