10x1min pickups at 5k pace to shake out the legs a little bit/get some extra speed in. Paces were 5:19,5:17,5:17,5:01,5:03,5:17,4:48,5:06,4:55,4:56. My legs didn't feel as bad as I thought they would, and the pickups weren't as hard as I thought they'd be so that was good. It was just Connor and I for most of it, Michael had to turn back early and everyone else was somewhere else I guess. I got an EKG done for my heart during 3rd period today, and apparently I'm so low on sodium that my heart isn't beating correctly, so that's bad, I'll get on top of sodium and then maybe my heart will be normal and I can throw down some sick times lol.
