Biked with Gan and Parker for like 36 minutes at a real easy pace... gotta recover from the Ragnar, I could barely walk yesterday lol. Rolling out straight killed too. Shoutout to the Hinckley's and Mama Hinckley for having us over and making us breakfast! Shoutout to Dallin because he's just pretty great

| I decided I wanted to bike somewhere besides the MCT and I wanted to do some hills, so I thought AF canyon would be a good idea. I drove to the base of the canyon and biked up to tibblefork and then back down. It was 15 miles total. Afterwards I stood in the river for 10 minutes to ice my lower legs, I would've sat down but the current was really strong and I was worried about getting washed away lol. When I got home my left achilles/calf tightened up like crazy and it hurt to walk but no worries because I rolled it out and it's golden now. Total time was 1:01:02. I got up to 34.9 mph on the way down, I wish I could've gone faster but I was on the top gear on my bike (super old road bike from 1984) and I couldn't pedal any faster...

50 miles on the bike. 3 hours and 10 minutes in the saddle is a great way to spend your day... I started with Michael, Austin, and Connor, but they turned around about 9 miles into it. I got to 800 north in Orem and decided to go to my cousin's house and say hi, so I biked up a freaking 1000 foot climb (serious, check strava) and stopped by their house. The cars were giving me some really weird looks... most of the ride was alone, and it was actually pretty nice. Shoutout to David for hooking me up with a pair of biking shorts

I did the warm up mile with the intention of going full mileage today, but my calves were completely and utterly thrashed. They were screaming from the depths of somewhere not fun with a vengeance obtained though the pains of Ragnar. No forgiveness was to be had. Revenge had to be taken at some point. Lol so I biked 15 miles instead. Shoutout to Austin for coming with me.

A little more than 10 miles on the bike, and I did the last 5 miles in 14:31, so I was pretty happy with that. Hopefully I can run tomorrow

I was able to run today!! I went 4.68 with my dad and Logan,so the average pace was a little slower, 8:29, but it was nice to run for once in my life. My calves still hurt a little bit but not until like halfway through and it never got very bad. Shoutout to Guppy, Gan, and Mario because we saw them on their run.
