Alright people, I need some input. What are we going to call this run?

We warmed up, then got going. The first .4-.5 miles were slower than expected, then I threw in a surge and Thomas went with me. We hammered the first hill, then started on the second. Thomas stuck right behind me pretty much the whole time and we finished strong within like half a second of each other so that was pretty sick. It took me freaking forever to get myself together afterwards. I threw up, and was about to fall asleep I swear. I need to get back on top of my salt intake. I was in a bad spot. Shoutout to Thom for killing it

5 miles, it was a little weird, it felt better to go faster than slower. It was supposed to be recovery, and we did pretty good with that, 7:29 ap. Good times.

"Easy" run today, so our average pace was supposed to be under 7. Warm up mile was 8:36, and our average pace was 6:44, so it was definitely a good time. Also weirdly enough, I found out that I am actually totally fine in a size 10.5 running shoe, and I've been wearing an 11... So that was weird. Anyway, shoutout to Guppy because she got a blog!

Another distance run, avg pace not including the warm up was 6:23. Last mile was 6:02. These faster paced runs are kinda fun. Also, happy birthday shoutout to Guppy, she's the best!

10 miles with the LP crew today, and it was a lot of fun. 6:34 average, just kinda cruising. Zack and I started to pick it up at 8 miles but coach Bybee told us to calm down so that was fun... Parker came with, so shoutout to him, and shoutout to the LP guys for the best of times.
