Another medium mileage distance run, but I took it at recovery pace because for some unknown reason my calves were incredibly tight/sore today... 7 miles at 7:55 avg pace.

Shout out to my dad because I turned 16 today and he gave me a key to his car!

Also shout out to Hicham El Guerrouj for running hecka fast exactly on my birthday. He set the mile world record exactly 16 years ago.

Shout out to kobe because he got his wisdom teeth out yesterday!

Unshoutout to Michael, Austin, and Connor for sleeping in today, your absence was noted and fitting consequences will be inflicted when the time comes

So the original plan was to hike up timp, but Ryan, Austin, and I ended up running up it, waiting at the top for the rest of the group, then we all hiked back down. If you're ever in need of a great hill workout, go run up a mountain. It was fun though! We ran right by a herd of mountain goats, and if you happen to follow me on instagram (@collin__xc), then you would see that we got a selfie with them.

Shout out to the mountain goats for not head-butting us off the mountain, and to that insanely high dude that biked next to Austin at 4:00 am on the way to Strrt's house.
