Ragnar leg 2- 6 miles on a slight decline at 3 in the am makes for some fast splits. I passed 47 people and the average pace was 5:20. My splits were 5:24,5:07,5:02,5:30,5:18,5:25. It was a good time. Shoutout to the only lady that told me good job when I passed her.

Ragnar leg 3- it was supposed to only be 3.8 miles but it ended up being 4.4... major downhill the first 3 miles of this one. It really hurt. First mile was 4:57, then it got even more steep so I had to be careful, 5:34 (quads and IT bands were screaming), then 5:12, just kinda hurt amd grinded though that mile. Then it got flat and I completely blew up. 6:28 was the next mile, and the .4 was at 6:46 pace. That flat part was the most painful part of the whole dang Ragnar. It was hot, I as dehydrated, and my legs were completely and utterly destroyed from the previous runs. Average pace on this one was 5:40.

Shoutout to the HJP for putting together this sick team, we took 5th overall, only behind 4 college teams. It was such a ridiculously awesome experience, so shoutout to them. And shoutout to Talon Hull for running Ragnar hill (6 miles up a ski slope) in just under and hour and doing it in the fastest time of this Ragnar, he's a beast.
