Low mileage super recovery paced distance run today, 6 miles at 7:43 avg. It as a fun run and we were talking most of the time, so that was sick.

Our team starts camp tomorrow, and Jamie showed us the camp jerseys and they are super cool... I'm freaking pumped for camp! It's gonna be great.

Also shout out to Jackie for pacing our group today so we wouldn't go too fast to recover.

It was the first day of camp today, and the run was pretty crazy! We started at tibblefork and ran up the dirt road towards silver lake. The first 3 miles were all uphill so that was pretty killer then the 4th one was mostly flat, but it was definitely a party on the way back.

Then we hung out at tibblefork while Connor and Thom took 10 billion years to finish their miles. We hit up the SOLW when we got home.

Shout out to Papa Heaps because he turned 43 today and spoke to us about pack running up at tibblefork.

2nd day of camp today, we ran on a trail up Provo canyon and it was just rolling hills so we got some good speed on the downhills and we were able to really power up the uphills.

After we turned around it was Ryan, Michael, Austin, and I in a group, and miles 5-8 were negative splits. 6:49, 6:43, 6:16, and 5:39. It felt great!

Then we went to reservoir and hung it there a while, then we went home and went to the SOLW.

Sting pong at the Hinkley's.

Shout out to Brad for being so frickin good at sting pong and giving me some good welts...

It was the last day of camp today, and I may or may not have shed tears. 10 miles on some trails up suncrest at 8:10 avg pace. The first 5 were flat/downhill and the last 5 were flat/uphill. Kinda brutal but satisfying in a sick twisted way.

Shout out to Dylan's parents for making it possible to swim in the clubhouse pool after our run and to all the coaches/parents who made these past 3 days amazing.

After the swim we went to the SOLW and the Hinckley's for some sick sting pong, and I ended up slamming my toe into a wall and it was bleeding everywhere so that was slightly painful and that toenail will be gone in the very near future.

Then we had a sweet team party at Thom's house to watch the camp slideshow and ball it up and such.

Happy 16th birthday shout out to Alli Peterson!

Easy recovery run with Connor, Thom, Michael, Austin, and Riley this morning. 6 miles at 7:46 avg pace. My legs were super tired and my toe was achy from yesterday's accident, but it was still a good run. We did core then went to Thom's house.

Shout out to Smith's because I have a job interview there on Monday.

Easy distance run with Connor, Thom, Michael, and Austin today, 6 miles at 7:09 avg. We then did core and went to the Hinkley's for french toast and ping pong.

Shout out to all my boys for helping me become the ping pong player I currently am. #baller
