Workout today, 400, 2xmile, 2x800, 2x400. We were supposed to hit 70's on the 400s, 5:10 on the miles, and under 2:30 on the 800s. My splits were 72, 5:09, 5:11, 2:33, 2:38, 70, 68. The 800s were really rough, I felt like I hit a wall. But I got back on track for the 400s. And I was able to stick on the pace for the miles which hardly ever happens so I was really happy with that. I only got .25 on the cooldown because my calf hurt pretty bad. After weights I went to the trainer and she did some work on it so it should be getting better |
