Personal: I returned from serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in early April 2020.
-Currently studying Exercise Science at BYU, hoping to pursue a career in physical therapy or a similar profession studying/working with the human body.

| 9 miles today, I felt pretty tired until the second half of the run, then things really started picking up. Good times.
Weights after, I went hard because we don't have a race this week. I felt good about that.

| Workout today, 5xmile with 3 min rest. Nate told me to go 5:05-5:10ish. Splits were 5:03, 5:13, 5:17, 5:21, 5:12. I feel good about this one because my legs felt like trash on the warmup. Grinded through. The last one was faster and felt better than the two before it so idk what was up with that. Mental stuff I guess. Gotta buckle down and drive sooner. 30 minutes in the normatec boots for recovery, that felt fantastic. |

| Nate actually told us all to go easy today. I don't think I've ever heard him say that lol. Easy 10 hovering around 7 flat. It was kind of a drag, I was definitely feeling yesterday. We've got another workout and weights tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. |

| Kind of a workout today? We did 8x(300m easy, 637m @LT). Nate made the loop, so blame him for the funky numbers. Legs were pretty beat, but I stuck with the group for all but the last one so that was good. We did it in grass and there were big puddles so it was cold and wet but a good time! |

| Yes, 15 miles today... I was supposed to do a 12 mile long run, but I only did 5 miles yesterday so I figured it wasn't too much to make up for. I did Ryan's warmup with him, 2 miles there. Then I cooled down with Ben, 1 mile there. Then at about 5:30 I did the 12 mile long run, I felt pretty tired and I had a very full stomach from Costa vida but I survived. Tired but a good day at bob firman Shoutout to Ryan for winning the whole dang thing, and for some stellar performances across the board. And shoutout to the skyridge kids (including Ryan of course) because I missed them dearly and it was fantastic to see them |
